Another excellent session round Ashton Court trails. This time, we took in an extra trail across the road, through the woods. Very technical. Very scary. Very incompetent. After, we did the usual trails back down by the outer wall of Ashton Court. Last week I'd found that tough. Today - after the first trail - it seemed a lot easier. Not sure I'll ever get all the mud off the bike, though!

Great ride foillowed by a couple of good pints in the Angel, Long Ashton.
